Weigh-In Wednesday: What-EVER Edition

It was actually a good week. My eating, while not beyond reproach, has been good. And on Tuesday morning, I was feeling optimistic about what the scale would show today. But then I started my period.

What-EVER. :) I will just be glad that I can honestly say I am quite satisfied with my eating this week.


  1. Effing T.O.M! I hate it. I'm usually up 3-4 pounds the day I get it, and bloated as heck!

  2. You KNOW you are doing right, regardless of the scale. That stupid thing will right itself in time. :-)

  3. I was long addicted to junk food which caused a lot of extra pounds. I knew that in order to lose weight I had to change my eating habits and lifestyle. I started going to the gym. I must say, it was very hard at the beginning since I was not accustomed to doing any sports from my childhood. I strongly needed some additional force to kick me off the sofa each time. I was thinking of some energy drinks, but finally decided to go the natural way. Moreover, I have found plenty of advices on how to increase your energy and endurance here
    Following a number of tips during a month, I have already felt the results! Now I am much more energized in the gym. I’ve started losing my pounds and keep working on healthier nutrition.
